What is a Bank Owned Property? When a
Lendproperty for delinquent mortgage payments, the Lender then becomes the owner
of the property. This database includes Bank Owned Property from various lending
institutions, including Conventional banks, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, etc.
What is in this Database?
This database focuses on both Bank Owned & HUD Properties located within the
State of Texas, which generally will include between 3,000 to 5,000 properties.
Although the available information varies by R.E.O., typically the following data
is available:
- property address
- city
- zip code
- HUD Identification Number
- listing date
- asking price
- property type
- year of construction
- improvement size
Also included is one or more listing contacts, which could include the lender contact
information and/or the real estate agency contact information.
In addition, a link may be provided to a picture of the property, as well as other
informative comments.
Frequency:
The R.E.O. Database is updated weekly.
Geographic Coverage:
FLS’s R.E.O. Database includes R.E.O. properties throughout the State of Texas.
Price:
You may want to try just one month initially or take advantage of our product discounts
by subscribing for a longer period of time – either for 3 months, 6 months,
or 1 year subscriptions.
Search Capabilities:
Subscribers have unlimited access to utilize our SEARCH ENGINE, which allows you
to pinpoint the type of properties that you are interested in by letting you to
define up to 8 different search fields within our R.E.O. Database. Geographically,
you can search by:
- City
- County
- Zip Code.
- You may also define the search criteria by
- Property Type
- Age of Construction
- Building Size
- Asking Price
- Listing Status (All/New/Price Changed)
You may be as general or as specific as you need. For example, you could search
for homes that are for sale in the San Antonio area with an asking price of $50,000
up to $75,000. Or, you could search for properties that had a price change in the
last week. Or, you might want to look at all New Listings entered within the last
week.
