Mailing labels are available online for the Foreclosure List, Unsold Properties List, and Post-Bankruptcy Alert List.You can print out your own labels or download the data for a mail merge. If you do not want to print your own mailing labels, call our office to order pre-prepared “peel and stick” mailing labels.Prices vary by county, and pre-pared labels are slightly higher.

Frequency:

Foreclosure labels and Unsold Properties labels are available monthly following completion of Foreclosure Lists and Unsold Properties lists.

Post-Bankruptcy Alert labels are available at any time, as new data is added on a weekly basis, with the capability to go back in time and capture previous data for labels.

• North Texas Region – Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton, Grayson, Rockwall, Kaufman, Ellis, Johnson, Parker.
• Central Texas Region – Travis, Williamson, Hays, Bastrop, Bell, Burnet, Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe.

Unsold Property labels are available for:
